As with any organization, the 16AA needs a fair amount of "behind the scenes" work to be carried out.
We have three units associated with this, these are RRO, REME and RLC.
Once you've passed basic training... and if you have a skill set that fits into one of these areas, we want you to step up and volunteer a little of your time to make things even better here. It shouldn't take too much time, but it will spread the load somewhat for everyone.
Recruiting and Retention Office (RRO)
Maintain Recruitment campaigns
Process recruits through graduation of Phase 1
Maintain Company-wide lesson plans
Manage Personnel files (NCOs only for now).
Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME)
Maintain and enhance website
Maintain Voice Communication apps
Maintain Game Servers
Royal Logistics Corps (RLC)
Create, enhance and maintain missions
Investigate and test mods
Distribute 16AA Modpack
Ensure required equipment is present for Operations
Track casualties and loss of equipment during Operations
